Tim Booth the owner/operator of Exteriors of Lansing. He was born and raised in Mid-Michigan. Tim has been working in the home improvement and property management industry for twenty years. Doing local business and employing local folks is what brings pride our company. You will commonly hear “Local People Doing Local Business” when you are in the Exterior’s office.
Tim raises a family in the Lansing area and also graduated high school and received his Bachelors degree in finance in Michigan. Tim believes in giving high quality products and customer service, at the best price possible. You cannot go wrong with that!
Shauna Uebelhart is the Chief Financial Officer for Exteriors of Lansing. She has been with the company since 2013 and has over 15 years of experience in the field of business administration and Accounting. She carries a degree from Lansing Community College in Business. She is your go to gal for all your accounting needs for customer’s and Supply Vendors.
K.C. Dennison is our Senior Sales Representative. She has been with Exteriors of Lansing since 2002, and is Exteriors of Lansing’s leading lady, having the most extensive list of satisfied customers in the Lansing area.
K.C. was also born and raised in Michigan and obtained a degree in Market Research from MSU. K.C. is a proud mother of four grown children and an essential part of our Exteriors family.
Kristen Harris has been with Exteriors of Lansing since 2020 and is the company’s Installation Department Supervisor. She comes with over 10 years of experience working directly within the residential construction industry and often the primary voice behind the phone when you call into Exteriors of Lansing.
As an accomplished Sales Representative, Derek Shepard strives to get you the best possible price for your job. Derek has 7 years of experience in the roofing, siding, and window industry. He has been with Exteriors of Lansing since 2022.
