Yet today, we find ourselves dealing with an unprecedented situation. The COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic has been dynamic and intense for all of us in the past weeks. We have been asking questions that would have seemed unthinkable just a few weeks ago. How will our kids stay connected to teachers? How can I best protect customers and employees? How do we keep our business running and productive?
We are all looking for answers to these questions, as well as support from our government on how to proceed. With so much confusion out there, I wanted to share with all of you the real-time actions we are taking at Exteriors of Lansing Inc. and how we are supporting others.
Our priority has been to help our customers and employees to keep themselves and each other safe. The situation we’re all dealing with will likely have a lasting effect on the way we connect with each other and get things done going forward, and we have a great team ready.
Providing You with Home Exteriors Services
A lot of people need home improvement projects completed, and as long as our suppliers can support our business, we can attend to your needs. Our company is unique as most of our customer base requires roofs and repairs, windows, and siding, to name a few. All of which are outside of your home. Our sales staff can give reliable and accurate estimates from the outside of your home without face to face communications. Our employees are also able to perform most of your work outside with no contact with you. Even our invoicing methods can be completed entirely with no face to face contact using our US Postal Service, bank to bank transactions, financing, and credit cards.

For 40 years and counting, Exteriors of Lansing Inc. has taken on complex challenges and has used our professional and caring staff to help others. As we continue to navigate this new normal, my commitment as the President of the company is that we will do whatever we can do to support our customers and employees, along with helping those who need it the most.
